Vitamin C can help in improving circulation and improving the nutrients within cells that are vital to the proper functioning of the heart. There are many foods that are rich in vitamin C. People who take a combination of both vitamin C and vitamin E reap the benefits of excellent health as far as the heart is concerned. If you are someone who has a family history of issues with the heart, you should consider taking vitamin C and vitamin E together. This will ensure that you reach the highest level of health when it comes to your heart. If you currently have issues with your heart, or have had issues in the past, you should also be sure to take these supplements together.
